Once your item arrives at our studio and the final offer is confirmed, we aim to process all payments within 5 working days. Please allow for slight variations during peak periods, such as bank or national holidays.

- Bank Transfer (Cash): Funds typically arrive within 1 to 3 working days after processing, though larger amounts may occasionally take slightly longer to clear.
- Designer Exchange Voucher: Vouchers are generally sent via email immediately after processing, but please allow up to 1 working day in case of slight delays.

Please remember that once a final quote has been formally accepted, we are unable to return the item to you unless it is rejected during authentication.
