We strongly recommend sending your items individually. Our prepaid labels are designed to insure and track only the single item listed on the quote. If multiple items are packed into the same box, the additional pieces will not be covered by our insurance, and we cannot offer compensation should they be lost or damaged in transit.

To ensure all of your pieces are fully protected, please choose one of the following options:

- Ship items separately, using their own unique labels and Quote Numbers.
- Use your own fully insured courier if you prefer to bundle them (please note we are unable to reimburse these independent shipping costs).
 - Drop the items off in person at our Brompton Road boutique.
