If you choose to pay using a Designer Exchange voucher online, you will be prompted to provide your name, address, and voucher details. It is a very straightforward process; simply follow these steps:

1. Add your desired items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
2. On the payment screen, select Voucher as your preferred payment method.
3. Enter your name, address, and voucher details exactly as they appear on your voucher slip:
- Voucher Number: This is the order number printed on your slip.
- Expiry Date: Enter the exact date shown on your voucher (even if it is set in the year 3000!).
- Voucher Amount: Enter the exact balance printed on the slip, being careful not to include the £ symbol.
4. Click Add Voucher to apply the balance to your order.

- If your voucher is less than your order total: You can easily pay the remaining balance using an alternative payment method, such as a debit or credit card.
 - If your voucher is more than your order total: The checkout will deduct the required amount, and a brand-new voucher containing your remaining balance will be automatically emailed to you.
