A Designer Exchange voucher acts as a credit note exclusively for use with us. You can acquire a voucher in one of two ways:

- By Selling to Us: When you trade in an item and select a voucher as your payment method rather than a cash transfer, you will receive store credit.
 - As a Gift Voucher: You can visit any of our physical Designer Exchange boutiques, purchase with cash or card, and receive a beautifully presented gift voucher.
