Once you have placed a Click & Collect order online, we will send you an email as soon as the store confirms your item is ready. From that point, you will have four days to collect your purchase. Please remember to bring a valid photographic ID, such as a driving licence or passport, when you arrive.

If an item appears unavailable for Click & Collect, it may simply be because the selected store is closed today or tomorrow. We kindly recommend checking the store's opening hours to see when your order can be placed.
