As our collection consists entirely of pre-loved pieces, it is difficult to predict when a specific item might find its way back to us. While we are always thrilled to source rare and unique gems, we never quite know when the next one will arrive!

The good news is that you can easily set up an alert for any item you are looking for, even if it is not currently on our website. Simply follow the steps below to receive an email notification the moment your favourite pieces are back in stock:

1. Log in to your Designer Exchange account and navigate to "Your Account".
2. Scroll down and select "Alerts" (look for the bell icon).
3. Click "Create New Alert" and select your preferences from the dropdown menus.
4. Click "Next" and follow the remaining steps. Once your details are entered, click "Create".

When an item matching your alert arrives, you will be notified via email immediately. Of course, you are also always welcome to browse our website regularly to discover our latest arrivals.
