In-Store Quote Timeline

- Live-Priced Items: Sent to our studio for authentication and inspection within 1 to 3 working days of your acceptance.
- Preliminary Inspection Items: Your quote will be emailed to you within 5 to 7 working days.
- If Rejected: Unaccepted items will be held safely in-store for you to collect within 14 days.
- Shoes and Clothing: Please note these are not accepted for quoting in our regional stores (with the exception of drop-offs at Knightsbridge Brompton Road) and must be quoted online.
