If we have not heard back from you after providing a final quotation, your items will be securely held for 14 days. If they remain uncollected after this period, they will unfortunately be treated as abandoned goods and may be disposed of.

If you posted your items to us following an online quote, our team will proactively contact you to see if we can safely return the goods to you at no extra cost.
