After providing a final quotation, if we have not received a response from you, your items will be held securely for 14 days. If the pieces are not collected or resolved within this timeframe, they will unfortunately be treated as abandoned and may be disposed of.

If you originally posted your items to us following an online quote, our team will make every effort to contact you to arrange a complimentary return shipment to your address.
