- Cash / Bank Transfer: The cash option may be provided as physical cash in-store or as a direct bank transfer, depending on the item's value and current market demand. To receive a bank transfer, please sign in to your uk.designerexchange.com account and securely add your UK bank account details. As our staff cannot view this sensitive information, you are responsible for ensuring your details are correct and up to date. Please note: We can only process payments to UK bank accounts, so kindly bear this in mind before shipping your items.
 - Designer Exchange Voucher: Alternatively, you may select our exchange option, which provides you with a lifetime Designer Exchange voucher. This can be issued to you in-store or sent via email. Valid for over 1,000 years, your voucher can be used towards your next purchase in any of our UK stores or online.
