To begin, you may either bring your item directly to your nearest Designer Exchange store (subject to certain conditions) or request an online quote to receive a complimentary postage label.

Our team will warmly guide you through every step of the process, ensuring you either receive an offer you are completely satisfied with or have your item returned to you as promptly as possible.

Payments are typically processed within a week of your items arriving at our studio. However, please allow for slight variations during peak periods, such as bank and national holidays. Please be aware that once you have officially accepted our quote, we are unable to return the item to you.

Please note: To sell with us, all customers must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid driving licence or passport.
