Our Click & Collect service allows you to conveniently reserve and collect your items from your chosen Designer Exchange boutique.

While browsing our website, you can easily check which stores currently hold your selected item. Simply add the piece to your basket, proceed to checkout, and select “Collect in Store” as your delivery method. The available locations will then be displayed, allowing you to complete your purchase using your preferred payment option.

After placing your order, you will receive an initial email detailing your purchase. We kindly ask that you wait until you receive a second, separate collection confirmation email before visiting the store.

When you arrive to collect your order, please ensure you bring a valid photographic ID that matches the name of the person who placed the order. Please note that we are unable to accept photocopies or images of your ID.

Your order will be securely held at the store for four days after it is confirmed as ready. If it is not collected within this timeframe, we will automatically process a refund for you and return the items to the shop floor.
