Designer Exchange will not be able to accept items with any of the following flaws or conditions:

Sunglasses:
- Prescription lenses
- Scratches in field of vision
- Significant bending that makes them unwearable

Scarves:
- Burns, pulls, holes, or other damage
- Stitched repairs
 - Missing brand/care label (may vary by brand)
