Designer Exchange will not be able to accept items with any of the following flaws or conditions:

Jewellery:
- Has been bent out of shape
- Is missing integral components
- Is heavily scratched or heavily worn (light wear is okay)
- Is missing style/model number

Watches:
- Do not have a working battery (if battery operated)
- Are not working for any reason
- Have additional holes added (to buckle bracelets)
 - Have drop marks or cracked glass
